歡迎使用 Hummy — AI 聲紋親子繪本（以下稱「本服務」）。本使用條款（以下稱「本條款」）是您與 Hummy（以下稱「我們」）之間就使用本服務的協議。當您下載、註冊或使用本服務，即表示您已閱讀、理解並同意本條款；若不同意，請勿使用本服務。本條款應與我們的隱私權政策一併閱讀。
本服務之操作者與付費者須為年滿法定成年年齡之家長或監護人。兒童僅得在家長陪同與同意下聆聽內容。建立聲音模型、付費、刪除等敏感操作均受「家長關卡」保護，僅家長帳號得發起。
您可使用 Sign in with Apple 或 Google 帳號登入以建立帳號。您須對帳號活動與所提供資訊之正確性負責，並妥善保管登入憑證。您可隨時於 App 內刪除帳號。
您錄製的語音樣本與由其產生的聲音模型屬於您。您授予我們僅為於本服務內以您的聲音朗讀故事之目的所必要之有限授權，以處理、儲存與使用該等資料。我們不會將其用於廣告、轉售或供第三方 AI 訓練。您可隨時於 App 內刪除聲紋；刪除後我們將連動移除供應商端的聲音模型、雲端原始錄音檔、資料庫紀錄與伺服器端衍生語音快取（詳見隱私權政策第 6 節）。您聲明您有權錄製並提供所上傳之聲音，且不侵害他人權利。
本服務提供之故事文字、插圖、介面、商標與軟體均屬我們或授權人所有，受著作權與相關法律保護。我們授予您一項有限、非專屬、不可轉讓之授權，供您個人、非商業性地於本服務內使用上述內容。未經書面同意，您不得重製、散布、公開傳輸、改作或商業利用本服務之內容。
您同意不從事下列行為：上傳非您本人或未經授權之他人聲音；對本服務進行反向工程、破解或未經授權之存取；干擾或破壞服務運作；將本服務用於非法、侵害他人權利或不當之目的；或規避家長關卡等安全機制。
我們致力於提供溫暖、適齡、不含恐怖或暴力之兒童內容，並對故事進行人工審核。若您發現任何不適當之內容，請透過 App 內回報機制或下方聯絡方式通知我們，我們將儘速處理。
本服務係以「現狀」與「現有」基礎提供。在法律允許之最大範圍內，我們不就本服務之不中斷、無錯誤、或語音合成結果之準確性、相似度或適用性提供任何明示或默示之擔保。
在法律允許之最大範圍內，對於因使用或無法使用本服務所生之任何間接、附隨、特別或衍生性損害，我們不負賠償責任。
若您違反本條款，我們得暫停或終止您對本服務之使用。您亦可隨時停止使用並刪除帳號。終止後，與您帳號相關之資料將依隱私權政策處理。
本 App 透過 Apple App Store 散布，您對本 App 之使用亦受 Apple 之服務條款與《授權使用者授權合約（標準 EULA）》規範。Apple 並非本條款之當事人，且不負責本 App 或其內容；如本條款與 Apple 之標準 EULA 有衝突，就 Apple 相關事項以 Apple 之條款為準。
我們可能不時更新本條款。重大變更將於 App 內或本頁公告並更新生效日期。於變更後繼續使用本服務，即視為接受更新後之條款。
本條款之解釋與適用，以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。

Welcome to Hummy — AI voice storybooks for families (the "Service"). These Terms of Use (these "Terms") are an agreement between you and Hummy ("we", "us") governing your use of the Service. By downloading, registering for, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy. This English version corresponds to the Traditional Chinese version above; in the event of any inconsistency, the Chinese version prevails.
The Service must be operated and paid for by a parent or legal guardian of legal adult age. Children may listen to content only with a parent's accompaniment and consent. Sensitive operations — creating a voice model, payment, deletion, and the like — are protected by a parental gate and may only be initiated from a parent account.
You may create an account by signing in with Sign in with Apple or a Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide, and you must keep your sign-in credentials secure. You may delete your account in the App at any time.
The voice samples you record, and the voice models created from them, belong to you. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and use them solely as necessary to read stories in your voice within the Service. We will not use them for advertising, resale, or third-party AI training. You may delete a voiceprint in the App at any time; upon deletion we will remove, in one chain, the provider-side voice model, the original recording file in the cloud, the database records, and the server-side cache of derived narration audio (see Section 6 of the Privacy Policy). You represent that you have the right to record and provide the voice you upload and that doing so infringes no third-party rights.
The story texts, illustrations, interface, trademarks, and software provided by the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and related laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such content personally and non-commercially within the Service. Without our written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, publicly transmit, adapt, or commercially exploit the Service's content.
You agree not to: upload a voice that is not your own or that you are not authorized to use; reverse engineer, crack, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; interfere with or disrupt its operation; use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or otherwise improper purposes; or circumvent the parental gate or other safety mechanisms.
We are committed to providing warm, age-appropriate children's content free of horror and violence, and our stories are reviewed by humans. If you find any inappropriate content, please notify us through the in-App reporting feature or the contact details below, and we will address it promptly.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or as to the accuracy, similarity, or fitness of voice synthesis results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your use of the Service if you violate these Terms. You may also stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, data associated with your account will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store, and your use of the App is also governed by Apple's terms of service and the standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content; if these Terms conflict with Apple's standard EULA, Apple's terms prevail with respect to Apple-related matters.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are interpreted and applied under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
